I had had little improvement with traditional therapy and meditation for emotional depression and stress when I found Ben's EFT practice. At first, I thought the tapping approach too subtle to be a viable therapy technique but decided to give it a try based on the testimonials I had read. Now I am giving one of those testimonials. The process of bringing up memory and imagery with Ben's intuitive guidance seems to have re-processed my reaction to emotional stress and memory. Not sure exactly how it works but there has definitely been a positive shift in processing my emotional life, and I am looking forward to working with this technique on other personal issues.
