Try my free guided audio meditation and experience a taste of what meditation has to offer. No matter how much we talk about meditation and its benefits, it is only through direct experience that we can really understand and appreciate the infinite potential within our own consciousness.
Meditation can be done anywhere and at any time. It does not require a guided audio recording. So why use my free guided audio meditation? Because it is much easier to train the mind to surrender, and it is easier to quickly induce a state of deep relaxation, self-awareness and a calm mind by utilizing a guided meditation. Especially if you have not practiced meditation before or have not done so regularly.
When the mind is restless and intrusive thoughts keep filling the mind, this free guided audio meditation will quickly bring you to a deeply relaxed state.
The purpose of meditation is not necessarily to eliminate your thoughts, but rather to make peace with your thoughts and to gradually separate your consciousness (the inner "I") from the mind, which is the ego or false self and the source of all suffering.

Extended Meditations (Parts 1-3):
Through the mindful attention to the breath, intention, and the natural effects of sound vibration to alter your brain waves, you will easily begin to experience a state of deep relaxation, both physically and mentally.
Results will vary from one person to another, depending on your level of stress, mental restlessness, physical tension, concentration, and ability to let go. The more you practice, the deeper the results, but most people will feel significant results the first time.
Meditation is as natural as thinking, breathing, or going to sleep. It is not a strange or foreign technique. The mind, the body, the heart, and soul will instantly appreciate what you are giving to yourself by choosing to embark on this practice. We all crave inner calm and happiness that is independent of our outer circumstances.
"Real happiness is utterly un-selfconscious. It is best expressed negatively as: 'there is nothing wrong with me. I have nothing to worry about'... Pleasure depends on things, happiness does not." - Shri Nisargadatta Maharaj
