The Santa Rosa Bipolar
Support Group

Bipolar Groups can provide an essential component of maintaining stability. This ongoing weekly support group provides:

  • Compassionate support in a safe and intimate atmosphere.
  • A forum for discussion of treatment options and community resources.
  • Discussion of personal challenges and mutual support and feedback from other group members.
  • Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy
  • Instruction in the use of Energy Psychology techniques to decrease stress and anxiety and release unresolved past traumas.
  • Mindfulness techniques, safe and easy forms of meditation, and experiential exercises for increasing self-awareness.

The most wonderful thing about joining this group is the experience of being with others from all walks of life, who can completely identify with you, even in your darkest and wildest moments. This experience is deeply reassuring, healing, and liberating.


The Santa Rosa Bipolar Support Group is currently NOT accepting new members. At this time, we only have openings available for individual therapy or coaching. Please call for more information.

Ben Schwarcz, MA, MFT is a licensed Psychotherapist in private practice, and worked as a clinician on staff at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital In-Patient Psychiatric Unit and Psychiatric Assessment Team from 2002-2007. Ben also teaches Mindfulness Meditation, EFT Tapping and Holistic health principles.
