We Are the Dreamers of Our Dream of Life
“I am Spirit,
I am Truth, I am Love Divine,
This Body-Mind a Dream of Mine”
-Yogiraj Satgurunath Siddhanath
Lesson #1: You are Dreaming.
Lesson #2: You will forget that you are dreaming.
Lesson #3: It will become a nightmare.
Lesson #4: You will remember it's a dream and you are okay.
Lesson #5: It will become a Lucid Dream and Synchronicity will happen frequently. You will master your fear, and it will become an exhilarating and glorious dream.
Lesson #6: You will get tired of playing with dreams, and will finally wake up...
From the book, I AM THAT:
"You are the light only...
If I am light only, how did I come to forget it?
You have not forgotten. It is in the picture on the screen that you forget and then remember. You never cease to be a man because you dream to be a tiger. Similarly you are pure light appearing as a picture on the screen and also becoming one with it.
Since all happens, why should I worry?
Exactly. Freedom is freedom from worry. Having realised that you cannot influence the results, pay no attention to your desires and fears. Let them come and go. Don't give them the nourishment of interest and attention.
If I turn my attention from what happens, what am I to live by?
Again it is like asking: 'What shall I do, if I stop dreaming?' Stop and see. You need not be anxious: 'What next?' There is always the next. Life does not begin nor, end: immovable -- it moves, momentary -- it lasts. Light can not be exhausted even if innumerable pictures are projected by it. So does life fill every shape to the brim and return to its source, when the shape breaks down...
"Nothing Real can be threatened. Nothing Un-Real exists. Herein Lies the Peace of God."

A Quick-Start Tapping Tutorial
Tapping remains my favorite self-help and therapy technique for almost everything. Jump in and give it a try.
I: The Set-Up Phrase
(This is the first part of the technique – before tapping the 8 points).
While tapping steadily with the finger tips of index and middle finger, on the outside edge of the hand, midway along the blade of either hand (the “karate chop point”) – say this affirmation phrase out loud, with conviction:
Even though I have this (symptom), I deeply, and completely love and accept myself.”
Repeat this phrase 3 times (and you can change it as you feel), like so:
Even though I have this (symptom) , I deeply and profoundly accept myself.”
Even though I have this (symptom) , I choose to love and accept myself anyway.”
“Even though I have this (symptom), I accept all my feelings.”
Doing this set up phrase first is extremely important!
You can get creative and spontaneous with your set-up phrase, but the basic elements must be there:
“Even though I have this symptom -- I Accept Myself.”
II: Tapping the Points using the Reminder Phrase:
Tapping (an average of 7 taps) on each point illustrated in the diagram above, repeat a reminder phrase to keep the issue conscious in your mind as you go. (The following phrases are just my suggestion – you can use what occurs to you spontaneously):
For this example, lets say the target symptom is sadness and tearfulness:
- Eye Brow: “I feel sad”
- Corner of Eye: “sadness in my heart”
- Under Eye: “this feeling of sadness in my heart”
- Under Nose: “I can't stop crying”
- Chin: “deep sadness”
- Collar Bone: “sadness in my heart”
- Under Arm: “I feel sad”
- Crown: “never-ending sadness”
Now take a deep breath and tune into what you are feeling, if anything. Don't try too hard. Just notice anything that is present in this moment. Notice any changes at all in your energy, mood, thoughts or emotions. Don't be attached to the outcome. Try not to have any expectations. Just notice your present state.
If you feel any improvement or positive shift at all, however slight, then it is often very useful to repeat the whole sequence again, describing as accurately as possible again, whatever negative feelings/sensations or thoughts are still present. Keep repeating until you reach a level of peace and contentment.
More on Being and Mindfulness
Two of the best ways of learning to live in the Here and Now - and realize a more joyful state of inner peace, are Tapping, and Meditation.
I usually prefer to tap first, to remove any negative emotion or runaway thoughts that are burdening the mind and body. Then once this is done - which might only require five minutes of tapping - meditation is much easier.
It might otherwise take up most of your meditation time, just to muddle through the mental-emotional junk in the mind. By tapping first, it tends to be much easier to quickly go into a state of relaxation, inner concentration and self-awareness.
With regular practice, these practices cannot fail to produce very positive results for your peace of mind, for your relationships and for your life.
“If we could make the paradigm shift by seeing ourselves as a soul, and not thinking of ourselves as the body and the mind, this would change the world. We could bring about a harmony, and therefore, bring about the paradigm shift. It would lead us to a Shangri-La, a utopia, the happiness of an ideal society for this world.”
- Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath
You always have the ability to go within and to surrender to your own Higher Self - your eternal and ever present Consciousness. Here is the source of your true happiness, bliss and contentment. That which you seek in the world is already here, within you Now.

Bipolar Recovery Coaching and Alternative Bipolar Treatments
Bipolar Recovery Coaching is an individualized program to assist in your recovery from the devastating symptoms of Bipolar Illness.
"Before starting treatment with Ben, I was at my wits end. My life was disintegrating, and I was very close to driving away the most important people in my life....
Fortunately, in searching for an alternative approach, I found Ben's site. Shortly after starting the steps in his Alternative Bipolar Treatment Plan, I began weekly therapy and EFT coaching sessions with Ben. In the six months since, he has helped me completely change my way of being in the world. I've rediscovered what it means to enjoy my life. My days are once again relatively peaceful, and I no longer live in constant fear of lapsing into another violent episode of mania or depression. There is still work to do, but I now feel confident in my ability to stay on track.
Whether you are at your wits end because standard treatment is not helping you, or you are newly diagnosed and looking for an alternative approach, do yourself a favor and give Ben a call. I will be forever thankful that I did just that (and for what it's worth, my sessions are remote, as I couldn't find anyone supporting an alternative treatment approach locally - this has not diminished my results one bit!)"

Don't Give Up!
Every life challenge is an opportunity to awaken. There is no situation that is hopeless. Something positive, healing and transformative is possible in all circumstances, even when we can't recognize it at the time. Sometimes we forge ourselves out of the fire of suffering and loss, and it isn't until the end that we realize what a beautiful work of art has emerged within. The glory of waking up can't be experienced if you don't first accept that you are asleep.
May we all find peace. May we all know joy. May we all be liberated from fear, and released from illusions. May we all return to the Truth of our inner Light.
