How do I get and stay in the mind set for a healthy weight loss? I have been succesful in the past, but due to a lack of work and the ensuing financial problems, I have gained weight. Any help would be appreciated . Thank you.
I have two suggestions: one is Meridian Tapping/EFT - which is excellent for eliminating the underlying emotional triggers and reasons for using food impulsively. The other way that I've seen get wonderful results is "Food Addicts Anonymous." This particular group seems to have some advantages over "Over-eaters Anonymous."
I've seen great results with both - separately, as well as in conjunction with one another.
Having someone to hold you accountable is very important.
