Teenage Sexuality

Is it normal for a 15 year old male to be attracted to members of the same sex? Before puberty, I was attracted to girls my age and now, I fantasize about males my age all the time. I have no emotional connection to males, just sexual attraction. Is this just a phase? Do other teenage boys experience this and grow up to be straight, married men?

Ben's Answer:

You are at the age when sexual feelings are very intense. And it is common to have sexual attraction to the same sex, as well as the opposite sex, and still grow up to be straight. Having these attractions does not mean that you will not end up happily married to a woman. Just be true to yourself, don't judge yourself, and know that you are not unusual for feeling this way.
