Still not over it

A three month relationship that ended 27 years ago , I still am haunted by. The circumstances were personally traumatic for me and regardless of subsequent relationships
over the years, this one stays with me. I often have imaginary conversations with this women that I almost take for granted now. She has been married for years and I'm sure I am a fleeting memory. It still hurts.

Ben's Answer:

I've found EFT/Meridian Tapping to be one of the best ways to quickly release past traumas, and old attachments. Using this will not mean that you forget her, but only that it won't hurt anymore, and you will be able to choose whether you want to think about her or not. You wont have intrusive thoughts about her.

You can learn the basic technique on this site, and if you want in-depth instruction in using Meridian Tapping for depression, my eBook covers it in great detail.

Best wishes,
Ben Schwarcz, MFT
