Bipolar Groups: The Santa Rosa Bipolar Support Group

Bipolar Groups can provide an essential component of maintaining stability. This ongoing weekly support group provides:
- Compassionate support in a safe and intimate atmosphere.
- A forum for discussion of treatment options and community resources.
- Discuss personal challenges and receive mutual support and feedback from other group members.
- Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy
- Learn to use Meridian Tapping/EFT to balance your mood.
- Mindfulness techniques, safe and easy forms of meditation, and experiential exercises for increasing self-awareness.
The most wonderful thing about joining this group is the experience of being with others from all walks of life, who can completely identify with you, even in your darkest and wildest moments. This experience is deeply reassuring, healing, and liberating.
