A Process Group for Seeking Deeper Connection, Authenticity, and Self-Knowledge

This group will provide an intimate and safe atmosphere for participants to express themselves directly and honestly. We explore the meaning of Presence and discover the power of relating with each other in the moment, challenging stereotypes and our own limitations.

Possibility of a group Vision Quest in the desert at a future date.

The Santa Rosa Men's Group is on-going and weekly
Monday evenings from 7-8:30 pm

Led by Ben Schwarcz, MA, MFT - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (mfc35606). Ben is a husband, father, psychotherapist, meditation teacher, musician, and a trained Wilderness Vision Quest Guide . He has personal experience as a member of a men's group for over 10 years.
